Axon's fully-integrated transportation software allows you to import your fuel purchase information directly from an electronic file supplied by your fuel company. This saves you time and eliminates data entry errors.

Axon's software can accept fuel downloads from 13 fuel companies, and they are adding more companies all the time.

Axon creates your invoice
Once you've downloaded your fuel purchase information, Axon automatically creates an Accounts Payable invoice and allocates the expense to the appropriate tractor. Axon will also look up the employee associated with a particular card number so that a cash advance can be charged to the correct individual.

Fully-integrated software
The fuel purchase information is also linked to Fuel Tax. Axon helps you to prepare your IFTA report by tracking the quantity, the date, and the city and state where the fuel was purchased. In no time at all, you're ready to print off a Fuel Tax Report and send it to IFTA.

Axon assists Canadian companies by calculating the percentage of total mileage which is travelled in Canada -- information you require when calculating Workers' Compensation Board assessments.
