Guided Tour: Generate a Route in Hub Mode

PC*MILER’S hub routing feature allows you to generate routes and mileages from one origin to unlimited destinations. Let’s rerun Route 1 in Hub mode with the origin (Sioux City, IA) as the hub:

1. Activate the Route 1 window.

2. In the City or Address tab, click on the Options button.

3. Click on the checkbox for Hub Routing, then click OK.

4. Click Run to generate the new Hub route.

The hub version is quite different from your previous route. Each leg of the hub route starts at Sioux City and ends at a different destination.
