Go With Axon - Kunsman Transport
Tell us about Kunsman Transport. When did you first begin using the Axon
Software? Tell us a little bit about your
experience dealing with Axon. I mean they were so helpful. We had our computer
guy here -- I think he was on the phone with you guys there quite a bit
when we were setting it up. It's all set up on the server, and I
can work from home, and Mom works from the office, and we've got
Barry working out of Saskatchewan. I love that part."
What type of problems have you solved
using the Axon System? The fuel tax is really nice. Now we can just print the fuel tax form right from here and send that in, so that saves us a huge amount of time. Now with year-end, it's just so pleasant working with it because we don't have any adjustments. It's all specific to our business, and everything is there and entered, and we do a few minor adjustments, and we send it off to the accountant as is, and we're done. I think trucking companies -- it's just the amount of paperwork that you are required to maintain. That's one of, I would say, our biggest issues, so this system really helps us track and maintain all the paperwork that's required of us." Has it improved productivity within your
offices? Has the Axon software helped you maintain
or improve your customer relations? We use some of those custom fields where you can make notes. So given our geographic separation, it's easy to see what the other person's done when we're not in the same office. That's been huge. Everybody kind of knows what the other person's doing or any special notes or comments that pertain to that customer in particular. The support with Axon is absolutely wonderful. I love that when we have a problem, we call and we're not put on hold for 20 minutes waiting and there's always ... if it's not our direct support staff, there's always someone else at the office that will take our call and help us through it. And, you know, it's so easy for you guys to come online if you can't figure it out by talking to us. The next thing you know, you guys are online looking at it yourself and fixing the problem. So, we have had wonderful support. I do have to also compliment you, 'cause I know you guys are always changing little things. If there's like a glitch or something that we notice, and we mention it, seems like it's getting changed. So I do notice that you guys are always improving and updating and not just staying at the status quo. " Does Axon's Total Integration, in Real

update all of your programs), benefit you? How about the ease of use of the
